RobbieLea Balmer October 10, 1950-September 9, 2018 Mishawaka-RobbieLea Balmer, 67 passed away on Sunday, September 9, 2018. RobbieLea was born on October 10, 1950 in Batesville, AR to Paul and Opal (Reeves) Canady. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Pauline Phillips-McQuire and Diana Brown; son, Charles James Balmer and brother, Harold Canady.

On November 26, 1969 in Mishawaka she married Carl Edward Balmer Sr He preceded her in death on January 5, 2018. She is survived by her companion Tom Bloomquist.

Surviving are daughters, Robbieann (Raymond) Carmon, Carlena Balmer, Cherilynn (Jared) Gill, Kristen Balmer; a son, Carl Edward Balmer Jr., grandchildren, Jamé, Caitlin, J.R., Alyson, Marcus (Rachal), Alisha, Michael, Rachel, Zach, Marissa, Jenna, and Brenden ; great grandchildren, Caylee, J.R., Jacen, Jasmine, Marc, Renaux and sisters, Patricia Kennedy-Stricklen and Kathy Canady as well as many nieces and nephews. RobbieLea was a member of Blind Club; she liked gardening, camping and baking with her grandchildren. RobbieLea cared deeply about family.

Visitation will be on Thursday, September 13 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with funeral service at 1 p.m. in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery. To leave the family an online condolence, please visit www.
