Obituary for Robert Curtis Griffith Jr. CASTLEWOOD, VIRGINIA – Robert Curtis Griffith, Jr., 66, died Sunday, September 16, 2018, at his home. He was born in Abingdon, Virginia; son of the late Robert and Virginia Bolton Griffith. He was preceded in death by one brother, James Blaine Griffith; and two sisters, Kathy Parsell and Ann Gray.

He was a graduate of Castlewood High School and attended Southwest Virginia Community College. He was a farmer. He is survived by his wife, Lisa Griffith; four sisters, Beth Marshall and husband, Grant of Castlewood, Virginia, Sue Tester and husband, Ken of Elizabethton, Tennessee, Jeannie Burton of Castlewood, Virginia, and Caroline Griffith of St. Paul, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 18, 2018, at the family home, 3354 Castle Run Road, Castlewood, Virginia. On line condolences may be sent to the Griffith family through our website at www. castlewoodfuneralhome.com.
