Robert Price, 79, of Sugarloaf, passed away Sunday, January 27th at The Gardens at Orangeville, where he had resided for the past five months. Born in Philadelphia, March 14, 1939, he was the son of the late Samuel and Doris (Saligman) Price and spent most of his life Sugarloaf. Robert was a Ice Cream Maker and Truck Driver for Price’s Dairy, Sugarloaf, and was a U.S. Army Veteran.

He was a member of the Sugarloaf Fire Company and Preservers of the Past. Robert also enjoyed rebuilding MGB, and running in area Hill Climb events. He was preceded in death, in addition to his parents, by two brothers David and Sam Price.

Surviving are three children, Robert Price, Nuremberg; Wendy Hildebrand and her husband Duane, Sugarloaf; and Thomas Price, Conyngham; two grandsons Cody Price, Nuremberg; and Peter Hildebrand, Sugarloaf; several nieces and nephews also survive. Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Harman funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. (East), 669 W. Butler Dr., Drums is assisting the family with arrangements.
