Ruth Keller THE CASEY FAMILY IS HONORED TO BE ASSISTING AND CARING FOR THE FAMILY OF RUTH KELLER MIDDLEBURY – Ruth M. Keller age 89 of Woodside Heights in Middlebury, passed away peacefully on April 23, 2018 at Apple Rehab Center in Watertown after a brief illness. She was the widow of Edward T. Keller. Ruth was born August 16th 1928 in Waterbury, CT, the daughter of the late Robert and Florence (Seibert Petrosky) Neubert.
Ruth was a former member of the Living Faith Christian Church in Waterbury and more recently a parishioner of Church of New Life in Middlebury. She enjoyed doing art and crafts and spent lots of time sewing and knitting baby hats for newborn babies and quilts for the Quilts that Care program at the Leever Cancer Center. She was a loving mother, sister, and grandmother who will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know and love her.
Among her survivors are her daughter, Diane Hardt and her husband, Lou; of Watertown; her three grandsons, Robert Keller, Christopher Keller and Michael Hardt as well as her three great grandchildren, Eddie and Kaydence Soule and Christopher Keller Jr. . In addition, she leaves her sister, Marion (Neubert) Marciano. Besides her husband, Ruth was predeceased by her son, Edward T. Keller Jr. and her grandson, Edward M. Keller.
Funeral services for Mrs. Keller will be held on Friday, April 27th, 2018 at 10:00am at the O’Neill Funeral Home 742 Main St Oakville. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery Waterbury There are no calling hours.
