Obituary for Sandra Kay Perkins Sandra Kay Perkins, 55, of West Frankfort, passed away at 5:46 p.m., Saturday, October 27, 2018 in Herrin Hospital. Sandra was born September 6, 1963 in Chicago to Charles Ronald “Dink” Perkins, Sr. and Ada Ruth (Moore) Perkins. Sandra enjoyed spending time with her family.

She also liked to go to yard sales. She was a 1981 graduate of West Frankfort High School. She was an avid Chicago Cubs fan.

Survivors include her step-mother Carol Perkins of Johnston City; sister, Terri Coulson and husband Larry of Johnston City; two nephews, Chad (Casey) Mowery and Alexander Perkins; Great nephew and nieces, Connor and Makenzie Mowery, Kayla, Alison, and Nicole Perkins and several aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Charles Perkins, Jr. Celebration of life services will be 1:00 p.m., Sunday, November 4, 2018 at Pyle Funeral Home in Johnston City with Rev. Gaylon Stewart officiating.

Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) in honor of her great nephew, Connor Mowery. Memorial envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
