Obituary for Sharon K. Disher MORRISTOWN – Sharon Kay (Cripe) Disher (Grammie), age 74, of Morristown, passed away Friday, June 29, 2018, at Hancock Regional Hospital. She was born on March 18, 1944 in Indianapolis as the daughter of Fred and Nellie (Corns) Cripe. She graduated from Howe High School in Indianapolis in 1962.

She was the co-owner of Jackets Hive for twelve years and most recently worked as a custodian at Morristown High School. Sharon helped the Morristown Lions Club for many years during Derby Days. She loved working in her yard, cooking for everyone (She made sure no one went hungry!

), and she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her son, Glen (Tiffany) Disher of Fairland; daughters, Lana M. (Junior) Loper of Fairland and Denise A. Cordell of Morristown; brother, Derry Cripe of Plainfield; five grandchildren, Derek, Tasha, John, K.C. and Kyler; and great-grandson, Hunter. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Nellie Cripe; brothers, Charles, Jerry, Jim, Johnny, Joe, and Bob Cripe; and granddaughter, Autum.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 3, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140, with viewing two hour prior to the service. Pastor Ted Hagel will be officiating.
