Obituary for Shelia Mae McDaniel Shelia Mae McDaniel peacefully entered into eternal rest on Thursday September 27, 2018 at the young age of 61. Shelia was born on September 6, 1957 to the late Dorothy Mae Brady and Eric McDaniel Sr. Shelia was preceded in death by her sister Barbara Ann McDaniel, three brothers Lawrence, Tyrone and Darryl McDaniel two nieces and three nephews. Shelia leaves to cherish her daughter Joann McDaniel two grandsons Charles McDaniel and Noalin Hills, eight sisters Elaine , Sharon, Claudette, Beverly and Gail McDaniel, Linda Myers, Gwendolyn Gardner (Daniel), Darleen Smiley (Randy) and Velda Argeyo Two brothers Carl and Eric McDaniel Jr. Two devoted god kids Keisha Williams and yo-yo along with a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends of the family.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the home going celebration on Saturday October 6, 2018 at Rhodes Funeral Home located at 3933 Washington Ave New Orleans, LA. 70125 at 9:00 a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. Interment at Restheavens Memorial Park 10400 old Gentilly Rd.
