Sheryl Diane (Folk) Sisler, 60, of Mt. Storm, WV, passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2018, at her home. Born March 10, 1958, in Frostburg, MD, she was the daughter of the late Redford and Betty Jane (Folk) McKenzie.

She was also preceded in death by one brother, Donald “Pete” Folk and one sister, Catherine Wagner. Sheryl was a homemaker. She enjoyed taking care of her family.

Sheryl’s grandchildren were her pride and joy and she loved her pets. She is survived by her husband, Gary D. Sisler; two daughters, Amanda J. McGinnis, Terra Alta, WV; Sheryl R. McGinnis and husband (Joshua) Kingwood, WV; two grandchildren, Chelsea and Derek McGinnis; one brother, Gerald Gordon, Eckhart, MD; one half brother, Kenneth Figard, Grand Rapids, MI; one sister, Bonnie Michaels, Eckhart, MD; several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 1100 Memorial Drive, Oakland, MD, 21550, on Thursday, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Services will be conducted in the funeral home chapel on Friday, December 21, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Becky Bennett officiating.

Interment will be in Garrett County Memorial Gardens. Expressions of sympathy may be directed to the funeral home. Condolences may be sent to her family at www.
