Stanley’s Obituary Stanley Melvin Baldwin, 71, passed away Thursday, January 17, 2019 at the U. K. Medical Center in Lexington, KY. Born December 22, 1947 in Streator, IL, Stanley was the son of the late Nicholas Melvin Baldwin and Iva Mae Votaw Baldwin. Stanley formerly worked as a painter and store clerk and was a member of the Church of God International.

He loved attending the Anderson County Senior Citizens Center and talking with people. He also enjoyed old movies, reading and going out to eat. Stanley is survived by his siblings, Lynn (Gary) Chilton of Lawrenceburg, Larry D. Baldwin of Lawrenceburg, and Steve Baldwin of Jacksonville, FL, and several nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.

Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 22nd beginning at 6:00 PM at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home. Chaplain George Smith will officiate the service.

Visitation will be held prior to the service from 4 – 6 PM on Tuesday. Memorials are suggested to National Kidney Foundation, 8920 Stone Green Way, Suite 100, Louisville, KY 40220. Arrangements are entrusted to the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.
