Susan’s Obituary Susan Potts Chariker, 56, of Gastonia, NC, passed away January 26, 2019, at Testa House, Kings Mountain. She was born, October 17, 1962, in Gaston County, daughter of the late Fred Potts and Helen Clark Potts. Susan loved Elvis Pressley, riding her Harley, and to dance.

She always had pride in her home and work place. She is survived by her sisters, Jennifer Bankhead, Linda Johnson, and Lynn Burch. In addition to her parents, left to cherish her memories are brothers, Fredrick Potts and Scott Burch; and sister, Barbara Ruppe.

A funeral service, officiated by Pastor Terry Floyd, will be held 3:00 p.m., Thursday, January 31, 2019 at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S. York Rd. , Gastonia, NC 28052. Family will receive friends at the funeral home, one hour prior to the service.

Burial will be held at Olney Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Gastonia. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to, Hospice of Cleveland County (Testa Hospice House) – 951 Wendover Heights Drive, Shelby, NC 28150. Condolences may be made online at www.
