Obituary for Tony Dowlen Anthony “Tony” Lee Dowlen, age 65, of Pleasant View, Tennessee, died Sunday, October 21, 2018 at his home. There will be a memorial visitation with the family from 10:00AM- 1:00PM on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View. Private family graveside services and burial of the ashes will follow the visitation.

Tony was born on June 28, 1953 in Springfield, Tennessee to Jo Ginger and the late Arnold Lee Dowlen. He was previously employed at the Blanket Store Shell in Pleasant View and he enjoyed working in his vegetable garden. In addition to his mother, survivors include his son, Tony Dowlen, Jr.; daughter, Tammy Lynn (Kenny) Dodson; mother, Jo Ginger Dowlen; brothers, Jerry Dowlen and Jackie (Corrine) Dowlen; and sister, Debra Dowlen.
