Vernon Glen LaRoche, age 67, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 14, 2018, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital. Vernon was born September 15, 1950, in Hawesville, KY, to the late Persey and Mary (Cundiff) LaRoche. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy, where he served for three years.

Vernon worked as a truck driver since he was 18 years old until he retired 8 years ago. He went on to work for Comaier Services for the last 4 years. Vernon enjoyed camping and helping others.

He loved his dogs and especially loved his family and spending time with them. He is survived by his beloved wife of 8 years, Peggy (White) LaRoche; sons, Jerry LaRoche (Frieda) of Evansville, James LaRoche of Evansville, Brian LaRoche (Cathy) of Huntingburg, IN, and Dwayne Woolsey of Princeton, IN; brother, David LaRoche; 5 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild. Memorial Services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue, Evansville.

Burial will be Private. Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until service time, Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at BOONE FUNERAL HOME EAST CHAPEL.
