Victoria Brachal Shahal, age 57, died peacefully in her sleep on June 1, 2018 in King City of Monterey County CA. She was born August 9, 1960 in Newark, NJ. She loved life and her many hobbies included photography, art, traveling, and nature.

She loved to be around bodies of water as her favorite adventure was to experience peace and relaxation as she visited rivers, oceans and lakes. Victoria was Jewish by faith. She is preceded in death by her father, Frank Janusewski and her husband, Allen Curtis.

Victoria is survived by her mother, Marie Meredith (husband Forrest)of Warner Robins, GA; five siblings, Frank Janusewski, and Joseph Janusewski of Springfield, OR, Steve Janusewski (wife Annabella) of Yuma, AZ, Ruth Worrell (husband Kent) of Warner Robins, GA, and Andrew Janusewski (wife Carmen) of Norco, CA; eight children, Heather Gillin (husband Roy) of Warner Robins, GA, Jennifer Hyatt (husband Christopher) of Vidalia, GA, Yehuda Levy (wife Mona) of Houston, TX, Elisheva Shahal of Cleveland, OH, Matthew Belt of Pheonix, AZ, Hannah Belt of Pheonix, AZ, Ariel Curtis of King City, CA and Zeke Curtis of King City, AZ; and 5 grandchildren. Private Family Services were held.
