Obituary for Virgil Dalton Noffsinger,Jr. Virgil Dalton Noffsinger, Jr., 63, of St. Albans, passed away September 3, 2018, CAMC General Division. Born, April, 24, 1955, in South Charleston, to the late Virgil D. and Margaret Virginia Pearson Noffsinger, Sr. Dalton was a retired registered nurse with the West Virginia Poison Center with 28 years of service.

He was an avid fisherman who loved the ocean. Dalton was a family man who loved his granddaughter with all of his heart. Dalton is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Valerie A. Clark Noffsinger; son, David Dalton Noffsinger of Fuquay, NC; precious granddaughter, Lydia Grace; sisters, Roxie Pennington, Karen Noffsinger and Marsha Davis.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Bartlett-Chapman Funeral Home, 409 Sixth Ave. , St. Albans, WV. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contribution be made to, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN, 38105, in memory of Dalton.
