VONDA PEARL WARNER BRUHN 1935-2018 Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, began the next step in her spiritual journey October 25, 2018 at the age of 83. Born April 13, 1935 in Aberdeen, Idaho of wonderful parents, devoted father, George Tarrell Warner and angel mother, Orveata Pearl Corbridge. Suffering nearly all her adult life with Menieres Syndrome and Congestive Heart Failure, she had an enduring and courageous spirit.

Vonda has returned to the arms of her loving Father in Heaven where she is now healthy and will continue to serve her Lord and Savior. She was sealed in marriage to her eternal companion, Robert Felder Bruhn, in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. She rejoiced in doing family research, histories, temple work and sustaining her husband in his church callings.

A caring, giving, wife, mother and grandmother, she dedicated herself throughout her life to her family who were always her greatest concern and her joy! Vonda served family, neighbors and the less fortunate with special spiritual gifts of love and compassion. She passed due to Cancer.

Born with the gift of prophecy, she tried to give wise advice. She succeeded in her great zest for knowledge in wanting her legacy to be known as an intelligent lady who possessed a determination and a desire to be her authentic self. She also appreciated originality in others.

She was blessed with artistic and creative abilities and expressed herself writing inspired poetry, drawing sketches and making floral arrangements. Her adoring posterity remember her most for her organizational skills and wonderful cooking. She greatly valued freedom and nature’s beauty, especially Lost River Valley in Idaho, where she grew up on a ranch.

Her belief in hard work came from hardy pioneer ancestors. Despite her constant dizziness and pain, she was an energetic and active woman who loved line dancing, gardening, fishing, hiking and dinners with the family. She possessed a righteous, faithful spirit and never wavered in her testimony of the Savior.

Her special loved ones are: husband, Bob Bruhn; daughters, Larena Fincher, Brenda Hood; sons Robert (Doris) Bruhn, James (Shelley) Bruhn, Ron Bruhn; sister, Jeanie (Don) Hodge; sister in-law, Lela Warner; 17 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren. She leaves her love of the Gospel as a legacy for them to follow. Vonda will be joining loving parents, her brothers Vernon and Ardell, sister-in-law Margaret, brother-in-law John Taylor Brower and grandson, Jeremy.

Special Thanks to Elevation Home, Health and Hospice, nurse Sonya and CNA Nina for their special love and care of Vonda.
