Wanda’s Obituary Wanda J. Chandler, 63, of Granite City, IL passed away at 9:25 p.m. Sat. Jan. 26, 2019 in Swansea, IL.

She was born Feb. 24, 1955 in Granite City to Norma J. (Gearhart) Frost of Granite City and the late Billy W. Frost. In addition to her mother, she is survived by a daughter and son-in-law: Nicole & Charles Kessler; 4 grandchildren: Miaya, Dylan, Mikah and Easton, all of Granite City; and a sister: Marsha Martinez of TX.
