On February 28, 2019, God saw fit to call home a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. Wanda attended Orange County High School and attended Mt.

Moriah Baptist Church until her health began to decline. Wanda loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed cooking, playing card games, dancing and having a great time, but spending time and playing with her grandchildren.

Wanda leaves to cherish her precious memories, two daughters; Jeanna Monique Noell and Janika Noell, both of Burlington. One son; Jeffrey Noell, three grandchildren; Adariana Hines, Trevon Merritt, and Zaylyn Merritt. A soon to be fourth grandchild; Baby Royce Noell.

Four brothers; Felix “Phil” Vaughn of Burlington, Rodney Noell of Mebane, Anthony Noell of Burlington, and Delrick Hardcastle of Vancouver, WA. Stepmother; Betsy Ingram Noell of Mebane, God-daughter: Abriel Patterson, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
