Amy’s Obituary GLENS FALLS — Amy Anderson, 52, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 25, 2019. Born on October 18, 1966, in Glens Falls, NY, she was the daughter of Gene Johnson and Alice Younes. Amy attended Glens Falls High School and most recently worked at Tri-County Cab.

She enjoyed swimming, camping, car rides, relaxing with friends and, more than anything, spending time with her grandkids. Amy always spoke her mind, never hid how she was and never apologized for the things she did. She helped raise, not just her children, but various nieces.

She was a second mom to many and will always be remembered for putting others first and foremost. Amy was predeceased by her sister, Jennifer Johnson. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Olen Anderson; her son, Thomas Johnson and daughter-in-law, Nicole Johnson, and her daughter, Allison Pellino and son-in-law, Joel Pellino; her mother, Alice Webster and her companion, Ted Eastman; her father, Gene Johnson and his wife, Betty Johnson; her grandchildren, Dustin Johnson, Aurora Livingston, Jazmyn Livingston, Logan Johnson and Colton Johnson; her brother, Alan Ingalls; several aunts and uncles; her nieces, including Breonna Greenwood; her bird, Emoji, and her cat, Harrison.

A celebration of life will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2019, at the Gansevoort Fire House, 1870 Rte. 32N, Gansevoort. The family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to Baker Funeral Home.
