Artie Diane Tilley, 74, of Oakland, MD, passed away on Saturday, September 22, 2018, at her home. Born October 28, 1943, in Ravencliff, WV, she was the daughter of the late Dimitri Jim and Bessie May (Kinzer) Sinecoff. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Earnie Clifford Tilley.

Artie was a homemaker. She is survived by three brothers, Rudolph and Ronald Sinecoff, both of Ravencliff; Arkie Sinecoff, Lusby, MD; four sisters, Nadine Fable, Green Cove Springs, FL; Mairlyn Brooks, Sabine, WV; Rita Mullins, Ft. Pain, AL; Fairly Deel, Green Cove Springs.

At Artie’s request, she will be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Newman Funeral Homes, P.A. is in charge of her arrangements.
