Charles Edward Pariseau, 64, of Oakland, MD, died Thursday, September 6, 2018, at his home. Born May 20, 1954, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Roger G. and Edith M. (Sima) Pariseau. He was also preceded in death by one son, T.J. Pariseau; and one brother, Roger Pariseau.

Charlie was District Court Commissioner for the District Court of Maryland for 40 years, having recently retired. He was serving as the pastor of Mountain Dale Church of the Brethren, Hazelton, WV. He received his Doctorate of Theology from Andersonville Theological Seminary.

He is survived by two sons, Stephen Pariseau, Baltimore and Michael Pariseau and wife, Maura, Oakland; one daughter, Jennifer Pariseau and husband, James Hesen, Salisbury, MD; three adopted children, Tiffany, Emily, and Billy; seven grandchildren, Gage, Grace, Gavin, Grant, Leila, Gerson, and Fredy Omar; one sister, Ann Hartman, Port Deposit, MD. A private celebration of life service is being planned for a future date. Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 1100 Memorial Drive, Oakland is assisting the family with arrangements.
