Robert Allen Bowser, 43, of Confluence, PA, died Friday, September 7, 2018, at WV University Hospitals, Morgantown, WV. Born December 29, 1974, in Farmington, PA, he was the son of Earl Wayne Bowser, Friendsville, MD and the late Mary (Mascerelli) Bowser. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Wendell Bowser.

Mr. Bowser was a carpenter and logger. He is survived by his wife, Darla Jean Lager; one son, Marcus Lager, Confluence; two daughters, Katelyn Bowser & Carly Bowser, both of Confluence; one brother, Michael Bowser, WV; three sisters, Denise Rugg, Confluence, Lisa Shartzer, Markleysburg, PA, Diane Rohrig, Dawson, PA; two grandchildren, Audreigh, Greggory; two nephews, Jeremiah & Joshua Bowser, both of Confluence; step-mother, Donna Bowser. Per Mr. Bowser’s wishes, he was cremated.

A Memorial Service will be held at the United Community Church of God, on Sunday, September 16, 2018, at 2:00 pm with Pastor Dean Hay officiating. Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 179 Miller Street, Grantsville, MD is assisting the family with cremation arrangements. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.
