Charles “Chuck” Junior Riffle, 47, of Walkersville passed away unexpectedly at 10:11 a.m. on Friday, July 20, 2018 in the Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital in Weston following a sudden illness. He was born in Lewis County on March 4, 1971 a son of the late James Howard Marsh Jr. and Mary Louise Hurst Riffle of Weston. On September 19, 2000 he married Carrie Sue Skidmore who will miss him dearly after 17 years of marriage.

His ornery, giving nature will be carried on by his three children: Travis Lee Riffle, Chuck Junior Riffle, and Tabithia Sue Terry Riffle, all of Walkersville; three stepchildren: Amanda Taylor and husband, Troy, Daisy Buckhannon and companion James Collins, all of Walkersville, and Eric Skidmore of Cleveland, OH; three step grandchildren: Jakkson Matthew Collins, Haley Buckhannon, and Alexis Howell; three siblings: Samantha Julie Marsh of Weston, Howard Peck Marsh and companion, Angel Marple, of Weston, and Steven Lee Riffle of Buckhannon; four half brothers: Jacob Marsh and Roy Lee Marsh of OH, Jimmy Marsh of Weston, and Kenny Marsh of Mt. Olive; several nieces and nephews; and his beloved Pomeranian, Foxy. Chuck has been employed as a maintenance worker for Weston City Park, and for Stonewall Resort in Roanoke.

He later worked as a CNA for clients through the Lewis County Senior Center. In his free time he enjoyed watching westerns, wrestling and Incredible Minds, playing WWE video games, and spending time with his family. Friends and family will gather for a Graveside Service at Forest Lawn Memorial Garden in Jane Lew at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 23, 2018 with Reverend Wease Day officiating.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made at the funeral home to assist the family with family expenses.
