Obituary for Charles Thomas Foreman Charles Thomas “Tom” Foreman, 61, of Evansville, passed away Monday, October 29, 2018 at St. Vincent Hospital surrounded by his family. Tom had worked as a radio DJ; as a bartender and most recently at Wal-Mart. Surviving Tom are his wife of 22 years, Karen (Mahrenholz) Foreman; two daughters, Christi Dawn (Brandon) Hagan and Katherine Marie (Robert) Fouquet; three sons, Andrew Thomas Foreman, Matthew David Foreman and Andrew Corbett Lockard; his mother, Wanda (Proctor) Pennington; one sister, Josie Darlene (Harold) Bruce; a brother, Jeffrey Dale Foreman; four grandchildren, Isabelle Hagan, Abbigail Lockard, Antonio Barrera and Nicholas Fouquet; one niece and one nephew.

Tom was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Foreman. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at Pierre Funeral Home, Rev. Gene Backes officiating.

Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 AM until service time on Wednesday at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street. Memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation. Condolences may be made online at www.
