Coralee A. Kelly, age 75, of Elwood, passed away on Friday, March 8, 2019 at Aperion Care Center in Kokomo following an extended illness. She was born on October 16, 1943 in Orange County, California to the late William and Frances (Matthews) Jones. On June 26, 1976 she married William Allen Kelly and he preceded her in death on February 20, 2019.

Coralee was a Registered Nurse and worked for many years in the health care field. She was a member of the Elwood V.F.W. Post 5782. She enjoyed making crafts and wedding flower arrangements.

She liked to play bingo and go to the casino. She loved her kids and grandkids and having big family gatherings. Coralee is survived by 4 daughter, E’Leisha (Jack) Short of OR, Michele (Joe) Becker of Elwood, Eugenia (Tom) Bruce of Utah and Lisa Kelly of FL, 3 sons, Allen Kelly of VA, Michael (Darlene) Kelly of FL, and Mark (Cheryl) Kelly of FL, 15 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.

Coralee was preceded in death by her parents, husband, William Allen Kelly, Sr., step mother, Thelma Jones, and brother, Gene Matthews. Funeral services will be at 4:00 pm Friday, March 15, 2019 at Dunnichay Funeral Home, Elwood, Indiana with Chaplain Gene Gilliam officiating. Visitation will be Friday, March 15, 2019, from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm, at Dunnichay Funeral Home, 1113 S. Anderson Street, Elwood, Indiana.
