Dale Thomas Bracken, Sr., passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. Dale was born in Ackermanville, the son of Thomas and Marjorie (Ackerman) Bracken. Dale attended Wilson High School and Lafayette College.

He honorable served in the US Navy during the Korean War and was employed by the Dixie Cup Co as a Plant Engineer, where he worked for 44 years before retiring. He spent his retirement enjoying his family and continuing to be a life-long learner. He was of the Christian Faith.

Dale is survived by a daughter Linda Kondikoff and husband Jim of Bath; sons Mark Bracken and wife Cheryl of Bethlehem, Dale Bracken Jr. and wife Pam of Athens, GA; seven grandchildren whom he adored, Dex, Amber, Anthony, Rachael, Warren, Autumn and Hannah; his beloved companion of 25 years, Jacqueline Flowers, her daughter Heidi and husband Brian Minotti, and son Jason and wife Helen. He is preceded in death by his dear wife of 35 years, Genevieve (Neary) Bracken. Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp).

Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, please make donation to Dale’s favorite charity, Operation Smile, 3641 Faculty Blvd. , Virginia Beach, VA 23453.
