Joan C. Frankenfield, 84, formerly of Bethlehem, PA and Vero Beach, FL, passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2018 in Conestoga View Nursing Home, Lancaster. Born August 24, 1933 in Alpha, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Enrico Harry Tersigni and Dorothy H. (Ricketts) Pulizzano. Her husband of 53 years, Parke T. Frankenfield, passed away in 2004.

Joan enjoyed listening to music, dancing, cooking, decorating and was an artist in multiple mediums. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Bethlehem. Surviving are two daughters, Terri Lee Carter and her husband Rev.

Walter Carter, of Ephrata and Melody Joan Frankenfield and her husband Charles “Cokie” Chapman, of Sebastian, FL; two brothers, Dr. Patrick Tersigni, of Wayland, NY and Rev. Alan Schaarschmidt, of Easton; and a granddaughter, Sunny Davis Crnkovich and her husband Joseph, of Denver, CO. Services will be held at 1:30pm Monday in the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., 2101 Northampton St., Wilson Borough.

Viewing Monday 12:30-1:30pm in the funeral home. Interment will be private. Offer online condolences at www.
