Obituary for Debra Denise Smitley Sager Debra Denise Smitley Sager, 50, of Vanderbilt passed away peacefully Wed. April 11, 2018 in Mt. Macrina Manor, Uniontown.

She was born Aug. 12, 1967 in Alexandria, VA. a daughter of Robert and Maryjean Upton Smitley of Uniontown.

Debra was a graduate of Connellsville High School with the class of 1985. She also attended the Penn State Eberly Campus where she studied Nursing and was on the Dean’s List for academic achievement. She had worked as a Payroll Clerk for H.L. Thomas in Vanderbilt and was a member of the Laurel Hill Presbyterian Church.

Debra had several hobbies, among those was reading, spending time with her family, going to the beach, and singing. Debra is survived by her husband Ronald Todd Sager of Vanderbilt, her son Todd Michael Sager of Indiana, PA. , her granddaughter Marlena Sager, her sister Lisa Martinchalk and husband Bob of Dunbar, and her nephew Bobby Martinchalk.

Family and friends will be received Sat. from 11 AM – 1 PM, the hour of a Funeral Service, in the Brooks Funeral Home Inc., 111 E. Green St., Connellsville (724-628-1430) with Rev. Dr. Marvin C. Watson officiating.
