Diane “Dee” Tilley, 74, of Oakland, Maryland, formerly of Ravencliff, WV, passed away on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at her home. She was born in Wyoming County, WV, daughter of the late Dimitri “Jim” Sinecoff and Bessie May (Kinzer) Sinecoff. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Earnie Clifford Tilley, and two brothers: Jimmie George and Toney Sinecoff.

Diane is survived by her siblings, Nadine Stable of Green Cove Springs, FL; Mairlyn Brooks (General) of Sabine, WV; Rudolph Sinecoff and Ronald Sinecoff, both of Ravencliff, WV; Rita Mullins (Fred) of Fort Payne, AL; Arkie Dwayne Sinecoff of Lusby, MD and Fairley Deel (Edmond) of Green Cove Springs, FL. There will be a memorial service for family and friends at Ravencliff, WV at a later date. Diane will be laid to rest at the Pine Grove Baptist Church cemetery.
