Donald G. Young, age 77 of Newville, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at Holy Spirit Hospital. He was born Tuesday, October 22, 1940 in Newville, the son of the late Clarence and Clara (Zell) Young. Don graduated from Big Spring High School.

He was formerly employed by Carlisle Ribbon Mill for many years. He was a member of Big Spring Fish and Game and Walnut Bottom Rod and Gun Club. He is survived by one son, Duwayne G. and wife April Young of Shippensburg and one grandson,… Read More » Michael G. Young of Chambersburg.

He is also survived by his companion, Patricia Black. He was the youngest of thirteen children. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg.

A memorial gathering will be held Friday, July 27 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, 51 Asper Drive, Shippensburg.
