Donna Jean (Holland) Craig, 67, of Chandler, Indiana, peacefully went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 13, 2018. Donna was born in Evansville, Indiana on February 24, 1951 to the late Floyd and Vivian (Cooper) Woodruff. She graduated from Bosse High School in 1966 and worked at the Evansville State Hospital as a Registered Nurse.

Donna was a member of the Eastern Star, Daughters of the Nile, Amaranth, DAVA, and the Red Hat Society. She was president of Indiana State Employees… Read More » Association (ISEA), UAW and was on the board and was a coach for the Special Olympics. Donna attended church at Faith Freewill Baptist Church and Cypress Grove Church in Chandler.

She enjoyed cooking, socializing, dinning out and music. Donna always volunteered her time, was a devoted mother, grandmother, very caring, giving and selfless, always fixing her plate last so everyone would have enough to eat. She was loved and will be greatly missed.

Donna is survived by her children, Julie Osha (Tim) of Chandler, IN, Shawn Craig (Jennifer) of Evansville, IN, Kelly Craig (Angel Lacer) of Chandler, IN and Karie Riggs (Amanda Riggs) of Evansville, IN; grandchildren, Austin, Jessica, Tyler, Lexi, Hannah, Keeley, Katelyn, Trinity and Parker; and a great granddaughter due on Tuesday, Waverly. Donna was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, JoAnn Bissey-Overton. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, September 21, 2018 at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Ave.

, Evansville, IN 47711 with Pastor Daniel Edwards officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at Browning Funeral Home and again from 9:00 AM until service time on Friday.
