Obituary for Rondal “Mitch” Legate Rondal “Mitch” Legate, 75, of Evansville, passed away Tuesday, August 14, 2018 Mitch was born in Muhlenberg County, KY to the late Everett and Pearl Legate. He was a veteran of the US Army and a METS bus driver for 30 years. Mitch is survived by his wife of 54 years, Anita (Lacefield) Legate, 2 sons, Scott (Geri) and Chris (Brenda) Legate.

Also surviving Mitch are his sisters, Evelyn Christi, Peggy Dean Nance, Laquita Blair and Janis Everhart; a brother, Benton Legate, along with grandchildren, Anthony (Shayna) Kuhr, Brandon Legate, Glenn Legate, Matthew Legate and Ryan Legate. In accordance to his wishes, no formal service for Mitch will be held. Pierre Funeral Home is assisting family with arrangements.
