Obituary for Christine Moore Christine Moore, 81, of Evansville, passed away, Thursday, September 13, 2018, at her home. She was born April 2, 1937, in Illinois to the late John Amos and Thelma DuVall. Christine worked at Ol Sweigs Bar and Grill for many years.

She later retired from Welborn Clinic. She loved her pets and enjoyed cooking. She was affectionately known as the “Jim Town`s Grandma”.

Christine is survived by her son, Rodrick (Stacy Anderson) Moore; daughter in law, Teresa Hunter; grandchildren, Tawana, Kerra, Kelli, and Kassie; 6 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Clifford Moore; grandson, Travis Moore. Visitation will be 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday, September 17, 2018, at Ziemer Funeral Home Central Chapel, 626 North First Avenue, where a funeral service will begin at 1:00 pm with Pastor David Pry officiating.

Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. The family would like to give special thanks to the staff from Heart to Heart Hospice, especially Traci and Jenni. Condolences may be made online at www.
