Dorothy Louise Yonkins Congleton, 96 of Belpre, Ohio died at her residence on July 18, 2018. She was born in Palestine, WV on October 16, 1921 and was the daughter of the late Otis and Orma Williamson Yonkins. She was a member of the Porterfield Baptist Church.

Survivors include her children, Janet Lamb, Michael (Janice) Congleton, and Jill (Jonathan) Roush. She is also surivived by her grandchildren, Ted (Stephanie) Robinson, Kristi Callender, Missi (Skipper) Griggs, Scott (Kim) Congleton, Mark Congleton (Leslie), Shawn Mulligan, Jason Mulligan, 15 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren. Services will be Saturday at 1:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre.

Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 1:00 to 3:00 & 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.
