Obituary for Esmeralda Gonzalez Mrs. Esmeralda Gonzalez, Sr. of Auburndale, FL passed away Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. She was 75. A native of Ponce, Puerto Rico, born November 26, 1942, Esmeralda moved here 8 years ago from Neptune, NJ.

She was a retired seamstress, and member of Inglesia Del Dios Vivente Church in Auburndale. Esmeralda is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Juan Gonzales of Auburndale, Sons: Juan Gonzales, Jr. of Neptune, NJ, Hildefonzo Gonzalez of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; daughters: Isabel Rodriquez of St. Cloud, FL; and Milza Lopez of Neptune, NJ; her brothers: Jose Castillo, and Pedro Cologne, and her sister Gladys Cologne.

Esmeralda also leaves behind 10 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday from 5 to 7 PM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Saturday at the funeral home chapel.
