Obituary for Eunice Gay Garrett Blountville, TN. Eunice Gay Garrett 75, passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Bristol Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Garrett was born in Carter County TN and had been a resident of Blountville since 1984.

Mrs. Garrett retired from the State of Tennessee Parole Board and was a member of Fellowship Chapel in Bristol, VA. Mrs. Garrett is preceded in death by her husband Ewal Garrett Jr. and sisters Pauline Clark and Janice Leonard. She is survived by her son Jonathan Garrett and wife Casie; sisters: Opal, Katherine, and Audrey; one brother Dennis Clark; two grandsons: Sean and Andrew Garrett; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 10-12 Wednesday December 12, 2018 at East Tennessee Funeral Home, Blountville, TN. A funeral service will follow with Pastor Scott Price officiating. Mrs. Garrett will be laid to rest with her husband at 2:30 pm Wednesday December 12, 2018 at the Mountain Home VA National Cemetery.
