Obituary for Frances J. Neunaber Frances J. Neunaber, age 82, of Edwardsville, Illinois died at 12:22 a.m. Friday, April 6, 2018, at Eden Village Care Center in Glen Carbon. Frances retired in 1995 after 38 years with Illinois Power. She was born April 15, 1935 in Edwardsville the daughter of the late Charles & Nellie (Koch) Reiter.

She married Roy Arthur Neunaber on November 19, 1960, at Eden Church. Roy preceded her in death on October 24, 2004. She is survived by 2 brothers, Clyde Reiter of Edwardsville and Rev.

Allen Reiter & wife Lynn of Hamel; 1 sister, Thelma Klueter of Maryville and many niece and nephews. She was preceded in death by 5 brothers, Rev. Kenneth, Chester, Leonard, Dale, Leroy, & Murl Reiter and a sister, Eileen Reiter.

Frances was a member of Eden Church, Eden Women’s Guild, and taught Sunday School. She was a graduate of Edwardsville High School and in the early years of her marriage she helped her husband on the family farm. Frances later volunteered at Anderson Hospital.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, April 9, 2018, at Weber & Rodney Funeral Home. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at the funeral home with Rev. Lori Schafer officiating.

Interment will follow at St. James Cemetery in Edwardsville. Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society or Eden Village Care Center. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Frances J. Neunaber please visit our Sympathy Store.
