Frank Douglas “Doug” Hitchcock, 44, of Naples, FL, passed away quietly in his sleep on Thursday, January 3, 2019. , He had been a Naples resident for the last four years. He was born March 5, 1974 in Miami, FL, the son of Francis Douglas and Cheryl Lynne (née Ennis) Hitchcock.

“There is nothing I can’t fix” was what he loved to say. He was always ready to help a friend or a stranger. Doug had a big heart, loved to laugh and have fun.

His smile and sparkling blue eyes will be missed by many. He found peace out on the water fishing or simply enjoying the sunsets. Doug is survived by his mother, Cheryl Kennedy; His sister, Christine Freed and her husband, David; a daughter, Carly Hitchcock; and the love of his life, Angela Ginise.

A memorial service will be held at 4:30 p.m January 27th at 26082 Hickory Boulevard, Bonita Springs, Florida. Arrangements are being handled by Shikany’s Bonita Funeral Home – Family Owned Since 1978.
