Obituary for Frank J. Cerra Frank J. Cerra, 80, of Bonita Springs, FL, passed away on Wednesday, August 29, 2018. Formerly of Novato, CA, Mountainside, NJ, New York City, East Lansing, MI, and Munhall, Pa, he had been a Bonita Springs resident since 2006. He was born August 8, 1938 in Pittsburgh, PA, the son of Frank C. and Agnes (née Sable) Cerra.

Frank was a long-time publishing professional of engineering and science textbooks and in retirement had many interests related to mathematics and physics continuing education, travel in Italy, food and wine, and spending time with friends and family. Frank is survived by his beloved wife of 35 years, Diane (née DeLuca) Cerra; and his loving sister and brother, Barbara (David) Tranquilla of Bonita Springs, FL and Robert (Juliana) Cerra of Northville, MI, and nieces and nephews. Services will be held at a later date and will be announced.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, www. lls.org/ways-to-donate. Arrangements are being handled by Shikany’s Bonita Funeral Home – Family Owned Since 1978.
