Frank’s Obituary Frank Tanner, Sr., 78 of Jesup, died Saturday, February 9, 2019 after an extended illness. He was known in Wayne County as the milkman and breadman representing Pet Milk and Merita Bread Companies. He was a legacy member of White Star Hunting Club in Screven, enjoyed hunting, fishing and always had a garden.

Survivors are his wife of 58 years, Carlene Allen Tanner; two daughters, Mary (Jerry) McMaster and Kay (Joe) Mathis, both of Jesup; a son, Frank (Nancy) Tanner, Jr. of Ludowici; 4 sisters, Carrie Bratka of Alma, Irma Sue De-Lois Santos of Houston, Texas, Winfred Pope of Jacksonville, Florida and Faye (Randall) Thomas of Waycross; 4 grandsons, Brian Smith, Carl and Dustin Mathis, Dylan Tanner; and 8 great grandchildren. Graveside services will be 11 AM, Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Forest Grove Cemetery, 321 Forest Grove Church Road, Nicholls, Ga. 31554 with Rev.

Dale Bange officiating. Visitation will be 5 to 7 PM, Monday, February 11, 2019 at Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home. Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home of Jesup, Ga.
