Obituary of George Hlad Mr. George C. Hlad Port Jervis, NY Mr. George C. Hlad of Port Jervis, NY, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2018 at St. Joseph’s Place. He was 76. He was born September 13, 1941 in Bayonne, NJ the son of the late George and Helen Hlad.

George proudly served our country in the United States Navy. A family statement read: “He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. George was an avid fisherman, who loved spending his days on the water.

He will be greatly missed”. Surviving are: His loving wife of 38 years Barbara Hlad of Port Jervis 5 Daughters: Renae of Milford, PA Traci (Clark) of Pittston, PA Donna (Larry) of Port Jervis Lisa (Mark) of Port Jervis Beth (Jeff)of Sparrowbush 1 Brother: Greg of Montana 8 Grandchildren: Christopher, Kelsey, Jessica, Angela, Alyssa, Brian, Michael and Logan 3 Great Grandchildren: Siyah, Jordan and Alana He was predeceased by his sister, Gloria Family and friends are invited to visit at the Gray-Parker Funeral Home, Inc. 100 East Main Street Port Jervis on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 12-2 pm & 4-6 pm. A Blessing service will be held on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 6pm at the funeral home with Rev.

Matthew Newcomb officiating. A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 15, 2018 at 10am at the Pine Hill Cemetery, 1 Cemetery Rd. , Sparrowbush, NY 12780.
