Obituary for Mr. Greg Stancil Greg Stancil, 63, husband of Brenda, of Walhalla, passed away Friday, November 2, 2018, at GHS Cottingham Hospice House after several years of declining health. A native of Seneca, SC, Greg was the son of the late Clayton and Nell Stancil. He was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Stancil is survived by his son: Kyle Stancil and wife Hannah of Walhalla; sister: Brenda Stancil Lyles and husband Bill of Columbia; brother: Michael Stancil of Seneca; and the love of his life, his grandson: Easton Stancil. In addition to his parents, Mr. Stancil was preceded in death by his son: Michael G. Stancil. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, November 5, 2018, at Poplar Springs Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Oconee Hospice of the Foothills, GHS Cottingham Hospice House, Attn: Foundation Office, 298 Memorial Drive, Seneca, SC 29672 or Poplar Springs Baptist Church, 500 Poplar Springs Rd, Walhalla, SC 29691.
