Obituary for Mrs. Janice Elaine Gillispie Crooks Janice Elaine Gillispie Crooks, 71, wife of Ralph B. Crooks, of 225 Crooks Road, Seneca, passed away Sunday, December 30, 2018, at her home. A native of Pendleton, SC, Mrs. Crooks was the daughter of the late Grady and Inez Gillispie. She retired from Clemson University and was a member of Reedy Fork Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Crooks is survived by her step-son: Steve Crooks (Hope) of Mountain Rest, SC; and grandchildren: Coleman, Kyle and Claire Crooks. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Gillispie was preceded in death by a brother: Bill Gillispie. Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 PM, Wednesday, January 2, 2019, at Davenport Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Oconee Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 3:00-4:00 PM, Wednesday, January 2, 2019, at Davenport Funeral Home, prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to 115 E. Reedy Fork Road, Seneca, SC 29678. The family is at their respective homes.
