The son of the late Robert and Colleen Mebane Burnette. He was a graduate of Walter Williams High School class of 1975.

He is leaves to cherish his memory, wife Enore Murray Burrnette; daughter Stephanie Marie Burnette, Grandchildren; Steva C. Burnette and Steven Burnette of the home. Sisters; Dorethea B. Enoch (Roy); Brudell B. Whitaker (Randall) of Burlington; Brother, Robert E. Burnette (Connell) of Graham, NC. Aunt, Sara Lucinda Mebane of Burlington, NC.

He was preceded in death by a Brother; Alvin Lee Burnette The family will receive visitation at 1608 Brambleton Court, Graham NC 27253 Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Saturday, January 5, 2019 on Martins Chapel Baptist Church. Visitation will be held from 1-2pm with the family arriving at 1:30pm. Pubic viewing will be held from 1-9pm on Friday, January 4, 2019.

Burial will be held in the church cemetery. Condolences may be posted to blackwellfuneral.com. Services entrusted to Blackwell Funeral Home.
