Obituary for Holly H. Potter Holly H. Potter, 64, was welcomed into the arms of her Lord following a courageous battle against a rare and aggressive cancer on Sunday, September 23, 2018 at her residence. She was the wife of Steven Potter, sharing 50 years together and 42 of those years married. Holly was born in Hackensack, NJ on January 3, 1954, daughter of the late Cornelius and Esther (Rose) Hopenwasser.

Holly was a Physical Therapist and co-Owner of Physical Therapy and Sports Injury Center (PTSIC) serving her community for 37 years. She was an avid Red Sox fan for even longer than that. She was a member of Community Bible Church (CBC) in Marietta.

In addition to her husband, Holly is survived by two sons, Jeremy D. Potter and his wife, Meredith of Detroit, MI and Nathan S. Potter and his wife, Nikki of Port Matilda, PA; four grandchildren, Oak, Tessa, Summit, and Sparrow; and two brothers, Fred Hopenwasser and his wife, Marilyn of Bandera, TX and Ted Hopenwasser and his wife, Margaret of Solebury, PA. A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Community Bible Church, 331 Anderson Ferry Road, Marietta, PA 17547 with Pastor Jeff Burkholder officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to House on the Rock Family Ministries, 222 S. Market Street, #102A, Elizabethtown, PA 17022.
