Jacqueline was born February 15, 1963 in Spring Valley, NY to the late John and Georgette L. (Finley) Starkey. She is survived by two sisters, Kathleen and Christine and one brother John Jr. Visitation will take place on Wednesday July 18, 2018 from 4 – 7 pm at The Fellowship Community, 241 Hungry Hollow Rd.
