James Leonard Schwarz February 14, 1928 – May 21, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Memorial Donation James, age 91, born February 14, 1928, died peacefully Tuesday May 21, 2019 at his home in the Linden House at Branchlands. He was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Jim is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Radonna, daughter, Kelly Kyriacopoulos, son Kurt, grandchildren Casey, Ben and Sarah Kyriacopoulos, brothers John of Minneapolis and Dick of Ft.

Lauderdale. A longtime member of St. Stephens Episcopal church in Edina, Minnesota, He found a new spiritual home at Christ Episcopal Church in Charlottesville. With Radonna he visited all fifty states, all seven continents and over one hundred countries.

He loved to play bingo and cribbage with his new friends, Dick and Gene. The family is grateful for the care Jim received from the loving staff at Linden House, Hospice of the Piedmont, Marilu Thomas, April Fletcher, Dr. Justin Mutter and Sam Beishline, PA.
