Obituary for Jayson “Blue” Darden Jayson M. Darden aka “Blue” passed away April 11, 2018 at the age of 17. He was the beloved son of Lamont Darden and Andrea Rijos-Darden. He was born June 7, 2000.

Blue was a senior at Dover Area High School. He enjoyed weightlifting, fishing, music and video games. Jayson was an Expeditor at the Country Club of York.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Kayla Rijos, maternal and paternal grandmothers, several aunts, uncles and cousins. A time of fellowship will be held Friday, April 20, 2018 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Church of the Open Door, 8 Carlisle Court, York. The family asked that those attending to wear blue in honor of their son and brother.
