JESSICA L. VENABLE, 66, of Springfield passed away July 10, 2018. She was born November 2, 1951 in Dayton, the daughter of the late Jesse and Julia (Bailey) Jester. She enjoyed painting, candle making, puzzles and writing poetry.

She is survived by her husband, Gary Venable of 47 years; two daughters: Tricia (Cammy) Venable and Angela Crawford, both of Springfield; one brother, Terrance Jester of Christiansburg; three grandchildren: Amber Willoughby, Kristin Sebastian both of Springfield and… Read More » Charles Crawford, Jr. of Fletcher; five great-grandchildren: Julianna, Adrianna, Angel, Anamaria and Adrian and her two special dogs, Roxy and Mopsy. She is preceded in death by one brother. A gathering of family and friends with be held on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 from 11 am to 12 pm in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME.

Funeral services will begin at 12 pm. Burial will follow in Dayton National Cemetery.
