John M. Glover, age 71, of Bluff City, Tennessee went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at his residence. John was born in Bristol, Tennessee to the late William and Willie Opal King Glover. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Jack Glover, Jerry Glover and James Glover; and one sister, Evelyn Ealey.

John was a machine operator at Mapes Piano String for 36 years and was attended Mt. Holston Baptist Church. Those left to cherish his memories include two daughters, Lisa Glover and Ginger Glover, both of Bluff City; two sisters, Carolyn Jenkins, of Bluff City and Janice Rosenbalm, of Piney Flats; one brother, Bob Glover and wife Carol, of Holland, MI; and one brother-in-law, Ed Ealey, of Bluff City.

Several nieces and nephews also survive. A service to celebrate the life of John M. Glover will be conducted at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 in the Bluff City Chapel of Tetrick Funeral Home, Bluff City with Pastor Ray Hardin, officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM in the funeral home chapel, prior to the service on Wednesday.

The graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 21, 2019 in the Sunrise Cemetery in Bluff City. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Those wishing to attend the service are asked to meet at the cemetery at 10:50 AM on Thursday.
