John J. Bogansky, 59, of Wilson Borough, PA, formerly of Somerville, NJ, passed away Friday, January 11, 2019 at his home. Born July 25, 1959, in Hazleton, PA, he was a son of the late John J., Sr. and Gertrude (Gerrone) Bogansky. He and his wife, Arlene M. (Holoman) Bogansky, celebrated their 39th wedding anniversary on September 28, 2018.

John owned and operated Johnny B’s Heating & Air Conditioning. He was an avid guitar player and enjoyed riding his motorcycle. John was of the Catholic faith.

Surviving in addition to his wife are a son, John J. Bogansky and his wife Jennifer, of Palmer Township; a sister, Karen Demko and her husband Steve, of Florida; three granddaughters, Sidney, Aubree and Brynlee Bogansky; a niece, Kristine Demko and a nephew, Stephen Demko. He was predeceased by a grandson, Nevin John Bogansky. Private arrangements are under the direction of the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson Borough.
